Alex Coultrup serves as Director of LEO Business and Policy at Starfish Space, where she’s working toward the future of affordable, accessible satellite servicing. She focuses on the commercial economics of autonomous robotic interaction in LEO, and engaging with the policy environment for consensual and cooperative on-orbit servicing operations.

She earned her Master’s degree from Florida Institute of Technology, where she focused on Space Policy and Microgravity Human Factors. Alex has interned at the CSIS Aerospace Security Project, was a Fellow at the XPRIZE Foundation, and most recently came from Nanoracks, where she worked on the Starlab Commercial LEO Destinations program.
